ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of the scene in American Beauty when the young man, Ricky Fitts, is watching his video of a plastic bag flying and dancing on the breeze. "Sometimes there is so much beauty in the world, I feel I can't take it and my heart is going to cave in."

And I so wish I was Alan Ball.
And I'm so impressed that you remember Ricky Fitts' name.
Alan Ball but with a paint brush in my hand as well, somewhere in Europe in the 50's.
